DLBS PROMOTES PREMIUM HERBAL PRODUCTS IN CPHI JAPAN 2015

Results of research and herbal medicinal products developed by Dexa Laboratories of Biomolecular Sciences (DLBS) - PT Dexa Medica was promoted at the Tokyo Convention on Pharmaceutical Ingredients (CPhI) 2015 in an attempt to penetrate the export market.

The three-day event was held between 22 and 24 April 2015 at Big Sight Exhibition Centre (West Hall 1, West Hall 2, and Atrium) - Tokyo, Japan. A total of 16,184 visitors had the choice of attending 467 exhibitors, DLBS - PT Dexa Medica was the sole representative from Indonesia among about 27 participating countries.

In addition to the crowded booth, DLBS also held two seminars entitled "Indonesian Pharma Market under the Universal Health Coverage - Current Situation and future prospects" by Ferry A. Soetikno, President Director of Dexa Medica, and "Discovery and Development of Modern Herbal Theraoeutics" by Raymond Tjandrawinata, PhD, Director of DLBS.

Indeed, Japan is one of the largest pharmaceutical market share holders in Asia, inspiring many companies; including DBLS, to actively open themselves to the market. DLBS’ excellent products, namely Inlacin, Dismeno, Redacid, Disolf, and Vitafem Free Me, will enter the Indonesian market in the near future and others will follow in the months to come.
